Robert Ullmann is my real name. I live in Nariobi and work there and in Kigali.
I'm the author of a number of Internet RFCs; I also work on the English wikt.
I am working on the Kinyarwanda/English/French glossary that is part of the national plan for ICT in 2005-2010.
