Since you are an interface admin, do you have rights to edit MediyaWiki:Gadgets-definition? I would like to add the HotCat gadget (HotCat[ResourceLoader]|HotCat.js) to work on some categories and am unable to edit the page. If you could add it, that would be excellent! Thanks!
