Some of the text and notes in the Wiktionary are in French and English, as these are the other common languages in Rwanda. In some case this is because the words are not available. In others it is because of the context. (See [[w:en:Code switching|code switching]] in the English Wikipedia.) There is also text imported from other sources that is best left in the original with a translation provided. Headers and standard interface structure is being translated as the appropriate terms are identified; e.g. what is the Kinyarwandan word for "interface"? Feel free to use any language you are comfortable with on talk pages.
